The Team

Alexandra Pales, ARNP, PMHNP-BC

I received my Associates in Nursing from City Colleges of Chicago, Harry S. Truman College. I received my Bachelors in Nursing from Loyola University Chicago. Finally attending graduate school and getting my Masters degree in Nursing from St Francis University in Joliet, Illinois. I moved to the Seattle area in 2016 and it has been home ever since.

My bedside experience before becoming a nurse practitioner was rewarding and fulfilling. I’ve had the privilege of working most of my bedside in the Emergency Department, with additional experience working in Intensive Care and Psychiatric Units.

I have completed post graduate training at Naropa University, completing their Psychedelic Therapy Certificate. I am a MAPS MDMA therapist in training, and have completed the Psychedelic and Training Institute (PRATI) Ketamine therapy certificate.

The Practice

Individualized therapy offered weekly, biweekly, or monthly. Collaborative treatment planning for focus of therapy. Family systems, attachment, trauma processing, and tool development are some focuses of care.

Processing & Healing

Individuals can get stuck as they’re trying to navigate and heal through challenging experiences or memories. We provide guidance and support as the individual moves through these emotions and experiences, helping them on their path of healing.

We strive to de-center health and healing away from privilege and bias. We offer support and inclusion to marginalized communities and identities, including LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, disabled, kink, nonmonogamous, and all religious and spiritual identities.

Telehealth Services

Video visits for medical management and therapy may be offered depending on treatment plan.
